Basically CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program developed in America back in the late 90’s. It was defined by its founders as: Constantly Varied, Functional Movements (such as Pushing, Pulling, Running, Squatting, Lifting, Jumping etc) performed at high intensity. It includes Olympic lifting, Gymnastics, Rowing, Kettlebells, and strongman aspects to name a few. CrossFit
